Reebok C 85 vintage. Any différences between these two ?

Im currently looking for a pair of shoes and id like to know the différence between these two pairs.
One is a female model and the other is unisexe. The only différence i can see is that the women model has a cross shaped stitching on the outside. However, i mostly see men wearing the female model on social media. So id really like to know the différence.
