What might be going on here? Lawn guy says heat stress but the uniformity of the lines seems odd. Central Florida, very hot, very dry. We are under a water restriction so I can only water once a week.

I have a trash can with about eight of these in and around the lid. I’m thinking they are all invasive Cuban tree frogs but I want to make sure before I get rid of them. One looked a little different (tried to get a picture) but the others all look like the vertical frog.
