No screenshots of bank accounts. No courses. Just 90 days of raw friction scaling my AI agency from 0 to £10k/mo. Day 1 Log.

I’m sick of the fake lifestyle content on here. 19-year-olds posing next to rented sports cars pretending they cracked a secret automated formula. It’s unreadable.
I decided last night that instead of grinding in isolation, I’m putting my entire operation on display for the next 90 days. Every single win, every brutal rejection, the daily cold call sheets, and the actual code builds.

Day 1 was a complete reality check:

Started the day feeling completely buried by the phone friction. Hit a massive wall of rejections. People hanging up, people telling me to delete their numbers.

Refused to shut down the laptop until I got a "Yes." Caught the exact moment the prospect agreed to a demo live on camera.

3 custom business websites and backend automation architectures currently under construction.

I shot a raw, high-retention cinematic vlog of the entire day—the morning run, a bedroom argument, the raw audio of the cold call rejections, and the celebration dance when the deal closed.

I’m not dropping links here because I’m not looking to spam the sub or sell you a generic mastermind group. I'm just an operator executing.

If you want to see what the actual, non-glamorous friction of building an agency looks like in real-time, drop a comment or send me a DM and I’ll shoot over the link to the Day 1 documentation video.

Otherwise, see you tomorrow for Day 2.

Getting that first client.

Getting that first client is more of a psychological game than anything. For me it took serious resilience and consistency.

Who here hasn’t secured their first client? I dont mind helping and sending over resources. You can DM me

Your website matters - stop overlooking it.

I’m currently working with a brand with over 12M+ Followers and upgrading their digital presence. One thing I must say is that even though it is 2026. Alot of business owners are still not tapping into the power of web presence or believe they can do everything themselves even though websites play a huge part in customers decision. The best business people all delegate the tasks to professionals who dedicate their time to that specific area.

I’m currently building out the front-end of the website for the brand and the most important part is that your website shouldn't just sit there looking pretty. It should be the hardest-working employee in your business. I always make sure (depending on the businesse’s field) that its able to handle scheduling, protect cash flow with automated deposits, and has an executive control panel in something i like to call “The Backroom” where the owner can log in and run their whole website with a few clicks.

Your website should be able to give you data, raw data.. Stop looking at your websites as “just” a website. Just frustrated that so many business owners overlook the “small” things that are actually big and wether you’re a web dev or a business owner in another field, here’s some free game.

If you haven’t got your first client - Read this.

Listen man, I know how it is. You’re getting in contact with everybody, doing everything you can and its like your first client is hiding. Im telling you everybody went through the same shit. One day it just happens, the key is to stay persistent and brute force your way through the failures to the success. It just happens on a random day - when you’re doing what you always do. Stay persistent.

Would you guys want a full break down and timeline of starting and securing your first client? Maybe a vid? I know thats what I wanted so im asking you guys now.

Top 3 ways we procrastinate - Here’s how to stop it

  1. ”I dont know how to start” - Watch Youtube. Search up a tutorial. Search up a crash course. Watch it. Take some notes. Search deeper in Safari. Get Answers. It’s 2026. The Internet is your playground.

  2. Overbuilding - Dont spend your time building alot of bullshit. The most important part is selling. Your product can be the next best thing since the invention of Burgers. But it wont be. Why? Because you’re hiding from the uncomfort of the cold outreach that is coming your way. You know it. I know it. Face it head on.

  3. “I dont have the budget right now” - Okay? Other people had less and they found a way. So what’s your excuse? Are they different? Always find a way. If someone held your head under water. You’d have no oxygen. Which would motivate the fuck out of you to go get some.

God Bless you

First client acquired and its a huge brand - Here is how I did it.

I got into AI 3 months ago. I turnt 19, 9 days ago. I spent the first 2 weeks building an AI Receptionist. Struggled with fixing a bug for a whole week. But I stayed persistent and figured it out at some point. Then I went straight into cold calling. My first cold calls were awkward and I did it lying in bed (Never do that) Always sit at a desk. I spent the next 2 months getting rejected 1,000 times. I started content during it. Started going on runs every single morning. And i still do. I Quit weed (only lasted 2 weeks) told myself the weed isnt the issue because Im hardworking naturally so I still get my work done whilst being high. (Work that doesn’t require interacting with people) During those months I never once blamed anything else but myself. Trial and error. Trial and error. Over and over again. I never once thought “this isn’t for me”. One day I prayed - Im being serious asf. I prayed and it worked. That day I cold called a huge brand i stumbled on by accident. I pitched a new website. Built a demo. We spoke back and forth and now he’s my client. I wont name drop him but he has over 2 Million Followers. The main point here is: NEVER TREAT YOUR FAILURES AS FAILURES. Treat them as lessons and the key is to believe that it is meant for you. Keep God in your plans and Aim to break yourself. “We gotta destroy before we elevate.”

Sorry if its vague or anything. Feel free to ask questions and give me any advice on how to proceed aswell.
