I'm trying to give the "Badly taken photo" to Ignatz. I tried to give it to him before I actually developed the photos, (he told me I needed to develop them first) so I went and developed the photos. I went back on the same night, the next night, and the night after that with the camera and photo in my inventory. However the only dialogue options that show up are the ones about the cat. Is this bugged or am I doing something wrong?
