Venerable dread refresh rumours

There are rumours that space marines are getting a venerable dread refresh for 11th edition. Does that mean bjorn, murderfang etc will get one too or are they completely separate models? New to 40k so not sure how refreshes work with models.
Was thinking of picking up bjorn soon but might hold off now

New to 40k, can these be used?

Hi, new to warhammer and just started building my space wolves army. Been looking at what to buy next and came across these on etsy. Can they be used first picture - as a Repulsor Executioner, 2nd picture as a land raider and third picture as TWC? They look cool and are a lot cheaper than original models.
