Car Not Starting

2005 Toyota Camry

For a while now my car has been taking a while to start, but today it won’t start at all (and of course wish I took my car in sooner).

Background info:
Battery is less than a year old (and is corrosion-free)
Replaced alternator a few months ago

Lately it will crank for a few seconds before turning on.

Today when I tried to turn it on, it would go RRrr-RRrr-click-click-click-click-click (and not start).
I tried a few times, and even did the little test where you turn the key to ON for a few seconds and back off a few times, to no avail.
The more I tried, the less RRrrs (cranks) would occur and mainly just clicks.

If any of y’all have advice on what I could possibly check or what the issue might be, I would really appreciate it!

Here’s a video too.

Edit: Another thing that may or may not be related/helpful to know is that from time to time, when I’d start my car, the brake light would stay on the dash when the rest of the light signals would turn off. (My emergency brake lever was not up, rather my car would just be in park.) It would go away only if I turned the car off and back on again. Sadly I can’t say if the brake was activated or not, as I would always be shifting into reverse to back out, so it was kind of hard to tell, BUT when I would put press on the brake pedal it would feel stiff (until I would turn the car off and then on again, then it would feel normal).
