Maybe its about time that a reversal of place happens with EVM giving gifts to his KAPATIDS in the faith instead of them always pledging and promising to make him happy, obey and never complain, be one with him and so on and so forth.

Here are some practical tips he can do to help ease the burdens of his KAPATIDS in the faith and guaranteed that they will love him more.

Use economy of scale by initially funding it with church funds by buying basic and high demand necessities such as rice, sugar, milk, coffee, soap, cooking oil, condiments etc..... in bulk directly from sources which will give INC price leverage that will allow them to buy it at a much lower cost then sell it at a cost to their KAPATIDS that will only mark up expenses related to achieving break even operation. The funds initially used will be recovered after selling and can be used over and over again.

The absence of middlemen, retailing by merchants and profit driven motive will have an INCredible effect on the price of such commodities and priority will be always given to their KAPATIDS in the lower strata of the INCome bracket. Naturally, measures must also be implemented so that it cannot be taken advantage of by limiting purchase based on needs. Those with businesses related to these may ride too to further INCrease the price leverage by adding to the bulk order if all other logistics and business considerations will make it advantageous and profitable but the needs of the ordinary KAPATIDS must be the one should be met first.

Imagine how his KAPATIDS in the faith will reciprocate in kind by INCreasing their offerings without even having to be preempted and be be reminded with the ABUNDANT/BOUNTIFUL WHATCHAMACALLIT circular being read regularly (and INCreasing in frequency too) given his magnanimity, care, concern and love made manifest by such a gallant and bold move on his part as a leader.

But if he is still very stingy having the fund stuck up and tied up as a revolving allocation and is hell bent about recovering church funds, the alternative is to sell these items to his KAPATIDS with some profits to slowly recover the initial church fund outlay but would still guarantee that his KAPATIDS will be able to buy these things at much lower prices compared to prevailing retail prices.

He may also copy the SABBATH YEAR or the JUBILEE YEAR practice of the Israelites (resting the land from farming for a specified period of time instead of continuous use throughout to give the land a time to recover) and apply it to some of the offerings given by his KAPATIDS.

Read recently that INC forbids all forms of dancing nowadays as it supposedly causes it members to go astray? Is INC so weak now that even dancing is considered an SSS-LEVEL THREAT (before it's only ranked about D or E probably) or maybe their too controlling and so restrictive discipline got the hormones of their members got so pent-up and build-up to such an extent that their members got so lustful they can be triggered to CUM aplenty just by touching their dance partners or watching others dance with sexually provocative gestures when it could have been prevented by reduced control, less restriction but accompanied with good guidance?

Ain't their members taught to resist temptation, so why forbid them to dance where it is a good opportunity for them to test their ability to resist it.

As recorded in the bible David danced almost naked to celebrate the return of the ARK OF THE COVENANT. Take note that his wife held him in contempt and scorned him for it believing his action was like a vulgar commoner being seen by servant girls to boot. See that it was his wife who put malice on his DANCE MOVE (and costume too) whereas the thought of David was to give praise to GOD with his BOLD DANCE MOVES.

Similarly, if a KAPATID gets TISOD for an act of another because he puts malice on what that KAPATID is doing without even knowing the context about it, ain't it his own concern specially if the other KAPATID is not aware that he is causing TISOD to his KAPATID because he didn't tell him about it?

Seriously, INC used to differentiate between what is a dance that is OK and what is not. A dance done or offered to idols is a BIG NO NO, but cultural dance is ok. Dance that is lustful or lewd is somehow a gray area as what is lustful or lewd to others might just be fun or entertainment to others, so discernment and personal control is needed.

Ain't it antithetical to their claim that their KAPATIDS are well-fed, strong in faith & resolve and can withstand every persecution and oppression but a simple dance is enough to bring them down.

Since INC has the INCredible insight to see that DANCING can INCite their members to have lustful thoughts and pervert actions, should the discernment also apply to the business side of PA to ban any dance moves by sexy, sultry, sirens or twinky or hunky sexy males when they perform in the "MOST EXPENSIVE FIRST RUNNER UP/CONSOLATION PRIZE ARENA" to protect their brethren too? Your guess is a good as mine- MONEY FIRST, DOCTRINE LATER.

I wonder if in the future, INC leader will issue a directive to ex-communicate existing members or ban those who wants to be INC because they are simply beautiful or because they are handsome.

LONG READ BUT WORTH IT.

INC uses Hebrews 13:17 to demand absolute, unquestioned submission to the Executive Minister (EVM) and the Church Administration.

The verse reads: "Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account..." (ESV).

The INC’s interpretation of this verse is both biblically wrong and misleading because it strips away the structural context, twists the original Greek language, and completely ignores the strict limitations the Bible places on human authority.

1. It Mistranslates the Original Greek Meaning of "Obey"

In modern English, "obey" means to blindly carry out an order without question (like a soldier following a general). However, the original Greek text uses a completely different concept.

The Greek Word used is Peithō (πείθω): In Hebrews 13:17, the word translated as "obey" is peithesthe, a form of peithō.

Actual meaning: Peithō does not mean blind, military obedience. It means "to be persuaded," "to listen to fair argument," or "to come to a trustful agreement through reasoning."

The writer of Hebrews is saying: "Allow yourselves to be persuaded by your leaders because their advice is wise, godly, and matches the scriptures." If a leader says "Obey and Never Complain," they are violating the very nature of peithō, which requires dialogue, persuasion, and mutual understanding—not forced compliance.

2. It Deletes the Qualification of the Leader

The INC treats the command to "obey" as an absolute blank check, meaning members must obey the leader regardless of what the leader does. But Hebrews 13:17 attaches a massive, non-negotiable condition to that leadership:

The Condition: "...for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account."

Why the INC usage is misleading: A leader is only worthy of this trust if they are actively guarding souls according to Christ's teachings, knowing they are personally accountable to God. If a leader enforces unbiblical doctrines (like bloc voting variations based on tax laws), expels members for asking about finances, or forces members to pledge loyalty to a human name, they fail the qualification. You cannot use Hebrews 13:17 to protect a leader from accountability when the verse itself is about the leader's accountability.

3. It Ignores the Context of the Very Same Chapter (Hebrews 13:7)

The INC isolates verse 17, but completely ignores Hebrews 13:7, which establishes how a believer is supposed to evaluate whether a leader is worth following in the first place. "Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith." It explicitly commands Christians to examine, evaluate, and think about the lifestyle and outcomes of their leaders. To "consider the outcome" requires observation, critical thinking, and questioning. The INC's rule that you cannot question EVM directly violates verse 7, because it forbids members from examining the "outcome" of the administration’s actions.

4. The Bible Nowhere Teaches Absolute Obedience to Men

The INC’s interpretation creates a dangerous theological falsehood: that human leaders have absolute authority. The Bible explicitly states that all human authority is strictly conditional and must be rejected if it goes against God.

Acts 5:29: When the religious authorities commanded the apostles to stop preaching, Peter did not say "Obey and never complain." He said, "We must obey God rather than human beings."

Galatians 1:8: The Apostle Paul told the church that even if he himself, or an angel from heaven, preached a different gospel, they should be rejected. Paul placed Scripture and Truth higher than his own apostolic office.

The INC uses Hebrews 13:17 as a shield against accountability, turning a verse about persuasive, accountable, spiritual care into a tool for authoritarian, institutional control.

According to the Bible, leaders are shepherds who guide through persuasion and exemplary living (1 Peter 5:3). They are not dictators who rule by administrative threats and forced silencing.

The INC narrative making a comparative parallellism of the persecution supposedly experienced by the Jews during Prophet Daniel's time seems to be a desperate attempt to create a scenario where the entire INC is under extreme, very intense persecution and oppression (actual meaning in general is: challenges to debate doctrinal differences, trading barbs and insults, assault with words or caricatures, memes, lampoons, parodies and other non-physically threatening but thought-provoking issues and matters with their detractors, being arrested by officers of the law for unruly behavior during rallies or for posing danger to public safety and losing cases they filed for defamation) by the government.

But this slant of the narrative is way off the reality for the following reasons:

During the early Persian period (the era of Daniel and Cyrus the Great), Jews were treated with unprecedented tolerance, autonomy, and state-sponsored support.

Compared to their brutal treatment under the previous Babylonian Empire, the Persian policy toward the Jews was exceptionally favorable.

Freedom of Return and Relocation

End of Exile: In 538 BCE, King Cyrus the Great issued a royal decree ending the Babylonian captivity.

Voluntary Migration: Jews were given total freedom to return to their ancestral homeland in Judea (Yehud) or remain in Persia.

Thriving Diaspora: Many Jews chose to stay in Persian cities like Susa and Babylon, where they lived safely and built vibrant communities.

State-Sponsored Religious Freedom

Temple Rebuilding: The Persian government did not just permit the rebuilding of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem; they actively financed it using royal funds.

Return of Sacred Artifacts: King Cyrus ordered the return of the gold and silver temple vessels that the Babylonians had stolen decades earlier.

Sacrificial Support: Later Persian kings, like Darius I and Artaxerxes I, provided livestock, grain, and salt for Jewish temple sacrifices.

Political and Legal Autonomy

Local Self-Governance: Judea was established as a self-governing province (Yehud Medinata) within the Persian Empire, ruled by local Jewish governors like Zerubbabel and Nehemiah.

Enforcement of Jewish Law: King Artaxerxes granted the scribe Ezra the legal authority to enforce the Torah as the official law for Jews in the region, backed by the Persian crown.

Tax Exemptions: The Persian empire exempted Jewish priests, Levites, and temple singers from paying imperial taxes, tolls, or tributes.

High Social and Political Status

Imperial Promotion: Well-educated Jews achieved remarkably high ranks in the Persian court.

(Shadrach, Meshach, Abed-nego and Daniel are good examples)

Key Officials: Daniel served as a top minister, Nehemiah was the cupbearer to the king (a position of high trust), and Ezra was a high-ranking royal scribe.

It is essentially the general treatment as to religious freedom that not only INC enjoys but as well as other religious denominations nowadays as this is guaranteed by the Constitution.

The fact that Daniel was elevated as one the highest ranking subordinate of the King belies the religious persecution angle being the primary cause. Rather it was only used as an instrument to target Daniel, similar to what happened to the Three Great Hebrews to try to take them down as no fault can be found nor be traced to them as far as their duties and responsibilities are concerned

The real reason is political power play orchestrated by their co-officials threatened with their rise to the top, particular to Daniel already becoming the King's favorite.

Read with an objective mind and gain insight particularly the Hardcore INC and PIMO lurkers here as to his experiences, observations, what made him realize many things and ultimately leave INC.
