Advice
So I went to the dermatologist yesterday just for my yearly check up and got prescribed tretinoin for something that wasn’t even anything. Tbh 100% honest I think she just gave it to me to be cool. But she said it helps with skin cell turnover, uneven complexion,& a lot of stuff. I’ve seen many posts on here good bad and terrible from tretinol so I’m just reaching out to see if anyone has any comments or helpful tips for me. I’ll be picking it up today, the Dr said she only wants me to use it twice a week because I’ve never used retinol either which she said were the same thing. I do use a night cream that has it in it but it’s not pure retinol Yk so any comments or tips??
