I have super bad anxiety and panic and I can’t drive or ride in the car far distances. Has anyone tried prescribed Xanax for these issues and it helped?

Did Lexapro help your OCD/Panic?

What medication actually worked for you? I’m struggling with panic disorder & OCD surrounding panic attacks. I just got off of Prozac (helping but not enough that allowed me to travel/handle the intense panic). Starting Luvox (been on it for 2 months) but not sure if it’s helping my hopelessness side of things.

I’ve been on titrating up in dose over the past month or so and I’m worried this medication isn’t going to help my OCD mental compulsions about having panic attacks. I have a hard time getting out & traveling due to the fear of having panic attacks.

Has anyone ever dealt with this kind of situation and Luvox help??
