Still new to the area, I was thinking about going to Joshua tree tonight to view the stars, I was gonna go in by cottonwood/pinto basin rd, do I need to buy a ticket when I get there or do I even need a ticket etc ?

Anywhere that serves pozole on weekdays I’m still learning the area as I’m new, under the weather today an I’m craving pozole?
