Fibroscan Results
Hi Everyone,
Just got my official results back after seeing a liver specialist. They said my labs are consistent with fatty liver, but thankfully all other chronic liver disease labs came back negative and my FibroScan showed no significant scar tissue.
My doctor recommended losing 8–10% of my body(I’m currently 180lbs) weight over the next 9–12 months and completely avoiding alcohol to help reverse the fatty liver/inflammation.
Is anyone gone or going through this currently? If so, what changes have you made in your life?
