You might have a tiny snapped piece inside, and the trigger itself might have a worn edge. Photos attached.

2 photos correspond to the triggers, the other two with the “track” the adaptive feature slides on. Fifth photo is of part of the snapped off piece.

It was stuck inside my controller and causing some issues with the trigger sometimes feeling like adaptive was on. (I don’t normally use it, but sometimes I do.)
