Bitrix24 vs Salesforce — what was your experience?

I've been comparing Bitrix24 and Salesforce lately, and honestly I keep changing my mind.

Bitrix24 looks appealing because it seems to pack a ton of features into one platform, especially for the price. Salesforce obviously has a strong reputation, but from the outside it also looks like a much bigger commitment in terms of cost and setup.

What we really need is lead tracking, customer management, automation, and reporting. We don't need anything overly complicated right now, but we also don't want to end up switching systems a year or two down the road.

For those who've actually used either one, how did they hold up once you got into the day-to-day work?

Did Bitrix24 stay useful without becoming overwhelming? And if you went with Salesforce, did you feel like the extra cost was justified after using it for a while?

I'd be interested in hearing the good and the bad. Things you ended up liking, things that drove you crazy, and anything you wish you'd known before making the decision.

Best invoicing software for sole traders in 2026?

I’m looking for invoicing software for a sole trader business and wanted to hear what other self employed people are using.

I need something that makes it easy to create invoices, track payments, manage expenses, and stay organized without spending a lot of time on admin work. Simple pricing and ease of use are probably my biggest priorities.

There are so many invoicing tools available now that it’s hard to know which ones are actually worth using for a sole trader.

What software would you recommend and what has your experience been like?

Best invoicing software for photographers and photography businesses?

I’m trying to find good invoicing software for photographers and wanted to hear what other people in the photography space are using right now.

I need something that makes it easy to send invoices, collect deposits, track payments, and manage different client projects without becoming overly complicated. Bonus points if it also helps with contracts, bookings, or automated reminders.

There are so many invoicing tools out there that I’m not sure which ones actually work well for photographers specifically.

What software would you recommend and why?
