Workplace suddenly turned toxic?

I work in a group practice and have for 6 years. I have never had any issues, ever. I largely work alone and don't see coworkers much, so there isn't any drama. I make an effort to stay in my own lane, get all my stuff done on time, etc. Again, I've been here awhile and never had problems.

Within the last few months, things have changed for no clear reason. I have the same boss, etc. Yes we have hired some new people but nothing I haven't seen before. For whatever reason, I stopped getting new clients on my schedule and my case load is very low and has been for awhile. I have brought this up several times to my boss that I am concerned and not sure what is going on, I have never had this issue before. Meanwhile my coworkers schedules are PACKED and full of intakes. Boss basically didn't have an answer for me and said "some of those are referrals and they ask for that provider specifically."

My income isn't sustainable at this case load. I feel like I'm not being told something. I've never had a complaint or had any sort of issue/disciplinary action within my practice or at my clinic. I feel like I'm crazy and something is going on that I'm not being told about. Has anyone else suddenly had a huge shift like this?

Billy talking about Claire (SPOILER)

I'm assuming this has already been discussed, I didn't see anything when I searched Billy on here.

People caught that Billy was still talking about Claire (and Ted, for that matter) in the year 2051? I'm making an assumption, but from what you can hear it does sound like he's making some sort of complaint ("I want an emotional response") and then says something about Ted. Is this implying that he's still fixated and hung up on her nearly 45 years after the finale takes place? Yes, who knows what happened in the interim years and if they dated again, etc.
