Long, long story short - My original Neptune 3 had an accident, and needed a whole print head assembly, contacted Elegoo on the off chance they had some going spare, and they did. It just arrived today, but I noticed that the heater cartridge doesn't have a connector on it ...

What am I supposed to do with it? :

Slice the cable onto the old one ?

Crimp my own connector on, if so, what crimper and connector do I need ?
