My pc has been giving me problems

Ive got a gigabyte aorus z370 ultra gaming motherboard

Specs of my pc is

I7 8700k

32gb ddr4 ram

Rx580 8 gb grapichs

1.2tb ssds

750w power supply

The pc wont start when you press the on switch button .ive tried breadbording it but wont work.i replaced the cr2032 battery with a new one and the pc switched on and worked fine until i switched it off and try to switch it back on,it didnt start up .tried another psu and giving me the same issue.when you turn the psu on at the back the leds on the motherboard lights up for about 1second and then dead again.
