Is it just me or are sports bras incredibly uncomfortable?

My BMI is arnd 20.5 and usually wear a size M sports bra. According to my size, I believe S or M should be the right size?

I’ve tried a few brands over the years, but I always find sports bras so suffocating. The band around my ribs feels uncomfortably tight and I can’t wait to take it off after a workout. To the point where I usually just wear a normal bra to the gym instead. Is this a normal experience and everyone is just putting up with it? Or am I somehow wearing the wrong size or brand?

Curious if other girls in Singapore feel the same way, and if anyone has recommendations for sports bras that are actually comfortable!! 😩

Where to buy bras in singapore?

Hello girls!!

I’m looking for comfortable everyday bras that work well in Singapore’s heat and humidity. One issue I keep running into is that the straps feel too short, even when adjusted to the maximum length.

I’ve tried the Uniqlo 3D Hold Bra and I’M IN bras, but both have the same problem. The Uniqlo bra also tends to ride up throughout the day, and I find the I’M IN material bad and scratchy.

I’m a B cup. Any recommendations for breathable, comfortable bras (or brands) that you’ve had good experiences with in Singapore?

EDIT: also are there any nipple sticker you would recommend for days where I don’t want to wear a bra (that’s most days tbh). The disposable ones on Shopee seems to trigger my sensitive skin.
