so I've been looking recently into purchasing some better quality earplugs. I'm currently using those cheap plastic ones for sleeping but they really aren't that comfortable. I've looked into Loop earplugs but the reviews are really mixed plus they aren't that cheap. Does anyone have any reccomendations?

also are there any good ones for everyday use-I'm a student and need silence for studying so some good noise cancelling ones would be good too (i usually just wear headphones but it's kinda pointless when you don't have any music to block out the noise, plus they get uncomfortable after a while). Thanks in advance
