So yesterday I purchased new Oneplus buds 4 in sale from Amazon today it got delivered and it was old manufacturing model and buds are already used as they already have someone else name on it as they are already paired. I am outside due to some work while delivery was there my mom recieved package and records video and yeah it was open box delivery when I reached home I checked buds 4 manufacturing date was old November 2025 and second when I connect it shows someone else name as it replacement unit or someone else used earlier

Amazon decline replacement and refund as it is open box delivery I explain all the issue they said it's not in policy they don't get option of replacement in their system due to open box delivery . They said if any issue you can visit service centre as it has 10 days replacement service from Service centre

Now what to do condition of buds and box looks good and new have to test buds properly

Should I do consumer complaint?

Loop has a slightly better build quality for a 2500% increased cost. Take your pick.

I've seen some people mentioned that the cost was worth the amazing customer service. If a company can upmark their products by 2500%, they better have good customer service. However, this was not even the case for me. I messaged them twice and was met with an AI answer at first, which is understandable. However, the second response which was supposedly from a real customer service individual, was also obviously AI generated and a generic response.

Got these in the mail today (wanna try to get back to raving again coz life happens lol) and was checking out the packaging. The weird thing is I couldn't find any actual noise reduction information on the box. Other ones ive got before have had it on the package. These say for recreational use only. Can someone explain? any insight would help coz i never want to hear that freaking ringing again
