Substitution for cheese and meats?
Are we allowed to substitute out different cheese and meats? We have our AM saying we can swap out cheeses for no cost after we had a customer complaint about getting charged for cheddar on a #10 since they didn’t want provolone. I’ve always been taught that we have to up-charge for any meat or cheese substitutes. What do you guys do?
