San Diego. Been living here 5 years no problem.. Been seeing one or two of these guys every few days now. What the hell? Why now? should i move?

Edit: i also recently pulled out my fridge and oven and cleaned underneath and behind, didnt find and dead bugs or droppings.. i used caulk and spray foam to plug gaps and holes in the areas behind the oven and fridge with hopes stopping them from coming in from there.
