Calling this a supper as this will be the last meal of the day for me...

-Plain basmati rice

-Chilli con carne

-Fried potatoes (I know I know, starch and starch..but it's fabulous)

-a piece of fried Mrigal Carp

A lovely bank holiday weekend with first get together of the year..

- homemade pizza with anchovies, olives, red onions and feta cheese

- pork shoulder BBQ

- fragrant rice

- Asian cabbage salad

- and Banana cake
