Fuel resets to 100% instantly(MSFS 2024) - Bug

Hey everyone, I’m dealing with a game-breaking fuel bug in MSFS 2024, and I'm completely out of ideas.
On about half of the planes in my simulator (both base game and complex ones), the fuel instantly snaps back to 100% within seconds. It doesn’t matter where or when I adjust it—whether it’s in the pre-flight world map menu, via the built-in weight sliders, or using the aircraft’s cockpit EFB. The exact millisecond I let go of the slider or load in, it jumps straight back to full tanks. The other half of my fleet works completely fine.
What I have already tried (so please don't suggest these):
- Completely reinstalled the game (Clean install, zero add-ons or mods active).
- Reset the Cloud Profile Cache (Renamed the local
wgssystem folder to force a clean server sync). - Checked all Keybindings – Repair and Refuel is 100% unbound. Unlimited Fuel assistance is turned OFF.
- It happens with zero background programs running (No NeoFly, FSUIPC, GSX, etc.).
- Since it only happens on some planes but not all, it cannot be a global hardware axis or joystick binding conflict.
- Starting the Flight at the Garage, if i select fuel outside of the plane, it won't go back to 100%, but the second i enter it jumps right back to 100%
- adjusting it in the Payload & Fuel in the EFB Menu
- tried third party planes with their own fuel management, same as payload & cargo mod jumps right back to 100%
Has anyone encountered this specific profile synchronization loop or found a way to stop the sim from forcing 100% fuel on spawn? Any help is highly appreciated!
