Image 1 — I wanted to give something a bit more to my kid's teachers than just a gift card, so I designed a tiny trophy kit card. The text is customizable and can be printed as a standalone card or as a gift card holder. Quick for a multicolour print but also looks good in a single colour.

Even though it's pretty easy to assemble, I also made a printable instruction card because I wanted something to write a small personal note on. It slips inside so the whole thing is one complete package.

I've been having fun coming up with alternative titles and trophy plaques as you can see. My whole family is very much non-serious and will get a kick out of these.

Anyways, I hope you find it useful, too!

I made a tiny trophy kit card that's printable on its own or as a gift card holder. Text and trophy plaque can be customized. Instruction card included though it's not really needed unless you want to see your recipient do an air jump.

This is my first design where I used ultra thin sprue runners because the card was so small and because I suspect most people are going to snap the parts out by hand instead of using flush cutters. They're 1mm wide and 0.4mm high and work much better than I thought they would.

They're not all that perfect though due to the mini nature of the model. The runners didn't always break off cleanly and left little nubbins behind that could prevent the sides from going on. I came up with a janky solution I've called "nubbin caves." Any sticky-outy-bits that remain are tucked in to the recess. Yes, I know the name sounds vaguely naughty. I have a strange sense of humor lol.
