When filling out the employment history section of the application form: am I required to list all of my previous employment, or may I list employment positions that are most relevant to the role? For example, do I include fast food work experience?

EDIT: My resume includes only the relevant experiences but the application form requires me to input employment history separately, including the address, job description, supervisor name, etc. Can I remove irrelevant experiences from this form?
