It took three years for me to finally be done with it.
Just be done with it. It is killing you the best part abt it is literally that it tastes good and makes your head feel light and airy for a few minutes and then the nausea and headache kicks in. There's really better things to be addicted to lol. Replace it with coffee idk it's kinda the same effect and you get less lung damage.
I just wanted to tell someone this bc I loved vaping up until today when it all hit me how shitty of a habit it is. (I know u prob heard all this before but it's TROO)
