Travelling with HM..

I hope someone can give me some encouragement. My migraines are very complex and the vary from each episode in intesity and pain, but main point across all of them is aura-->numbness all the way through the body and face(if right aura left numbness and vice versa) --> headache.
Also depending where it starts I get symptoms like slurry speech or my bodies ability to regulate temperature goes out of the windows (too hot or too cold on that side).
Main good point is that if I can control my numbness and calm myself down I probably won't throw up if I don't throw up during the first 2 hours of the episode I am going to be okay.

SO my main question is if anyone has anything similar and if yes, how do you travel?? I can survive some day trips where I'll always have a bed close, but I'm too afraid to go anywhere that will isolate me more, my concern is if i get a migraine somewhere where I don't know the place or have a place to lay down close by I'll basically be dead, if I throw up symptons get exponentially worse and last for 6-7 hours. Any encouragement or not would be helpful. thank you :)

Also if anyone has any useful tips to keep the numbness atleast confined would be helpful, I'm having the most trouble when my aura is the at the peak point and numbness is at my lips and tongue.. It feels like having the worst trip of my life and my stomach wants to leave my body.
thank you.

Migraines that make me dread life

I don't usually lurk around here or want to post, but I have been going through a tough period these last 6 months and have already changed my therapy.

But I was wondering does anyone have these really really bad episodes like I do, firstly it starts with an aura of course that means I have like half an hour to lay down or im going to have an even worse episode than it should be but after half an hour passes I can open my eyes and the aura is "seemingly" gone but then my left (most of my migraines hurt on the right side of the head so left side of body is impacted) side of body goes numb like it doesn't feel mine numb (legs, arms, lips, tongue) and that feeling of numbness I can't cope with and I get really sick and start throwing up... after that the aura returns again and I feel like dying because of combination of the headache, numbness and loss of sight... That lasts until i throw up a few times so probably 2-3 hours I dread my existence and then I slowly get the feeling back in my arms and slowly start recovering which last approx... 2-3days until I can function like a normal human.... I get these now around once a month. THE REASON FOR THIS POST IS JUST TO FIND ANYONE ELSE WITH SOMETHING SIMILAR TO TALK TO. Im completely at a loss since nobody I know has anything even remotely similar to me and bless them but mentally im fried. (male 22 btw)
