I had my marriage-based AOS interview on May 16 and have been in the waiting game ever since. No decision yet, and my I-130 is still pending as well.

My attorney told me that in some cases the I-130 gets approved first and then the I-485 follows shortly after, while in other cases both get approved at the same time. So I’m curious what people have been seeing recently at the Charlotte office.

Even if you’re still waiting, feel free to comment with your timeline. I know every case is different, but hearing real experiences from Charlotte applicants would help me (and probably others) get a better feel for what’s happening there lately.
