Please I need your help with my betta

Hi all, sadly I'm here again. My first post was about my betta who was incredible active but he has a side lump.
Over the last weeks, his health is sadly very bad. He started with SBD synthoms (spending more time in the bottom and sinking) so I decided to decrease the water level, and doing weekly water changes about 20%. The ammonia always pointed 0.0 (I only have this API test bc they are incredible expensive in my country)
I fast him about 3 days, didn't work, so I tried with daphnia, no changes.
This weekend I tried a med with nitrofurazone+furazodoline+metronidezol, just one dose but I didn't work neither
Temperature is 80F with filter.
I don't know what to do, he is getting pale and not eating right now, I know is bad. But please I would love some assistant.
