What’s the easiest way to go about getting a car ticketed and towed. Car is completely blocking our driveway but hanging over enough that it took me 10-15 minutes to get out this morning. Honked a bunch and no one came out. Left a note to give them a chance and came back and the cars still sitting there. Should I just call parking enforcement or do I need to go a different route?
