I didn't submit passport for Embassy Track

Hi everyone, I applied via embassy track and passed round 2, however, I just realised that one of my schools stated that they wanted my parent's and I's passport copies in the university file. But because a passport copy was optional when applying back then I didn't attach them but instead attached copies of our national identification cards, would that be okay? or should I email them our passport copies now?

Is it possible to pass Embassy Round 3 without any emails from universities?

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone has experience or knows anyone who has been in this situation. I noticed that some scholars from 2025 did not have any interviews at all for all three of their chosen universities. Does this mean they didn't receive any emails at all and were just sent acceptance emails at the end of the month? Is that possible? I still haven't been contacted at all so I am a bit worried and I have been seeing a lot of people around me being emailed for extra documents or interview invites.

[Embassy Track Round 3] Should I email or call HUFS/PNU for clarification?

Hi everyone! I just wanted to check if anyone who has applied to HUFS or PNU and emailed them was able to get a reply from them. I have emailed them exactly one week ago but I still haven't received any reply. This is regarding a document compliance issue so I wanted to get it sorted if necessary when they are still screening the documents. I was told by another applicant that they called HUFS and they did answer their questions back in March.

But since none of these universities have contacted me yet, should I just assume there is nothing wrong with my documents? I wanted to clarify with them in case my documents just got tossed because administration deemed my documents not complete. Or try to send a follow-up email or call them? Thank you!!
