Hello bros. Another checkpoint reached. One of my observations on this journey so far is dreams are pretty vivid. Even at 8 months of clean SR, i experienced a sex dream earlier today. The phenomena that goes on in the dreams realm still baffles me. Is it spiritual attack? Succubus?

Always be prayerful and observant especially on this journey. After a few months in, Certain things stop making sense in your reality. So far I've experienced luck, animal magnetism (still leaves me in awe) and the dreams. You'll remember all your dreams in detail.

Eat clean avoid alcohol and drugs, be in the sun active and get enough sleep. Thats it.

Brothers, I'm gonna keep it short. My next post will be @ 330+ days(11 months), then another in new years.

I am just a day or 2 shy of my 7 months streak. I count, not daily though, through an app. I update the counter on the app every 2 weeks because I'm busy using this energy doing something else(my job).

Transmute as much as you can brothers. Inspirationally, I'd advice if you're trying to stop PMO, do 3 days without PMO then a week. Once a week is up, try 2, then soon you'll realise you can do a month. That's what i did. Trust me, its not easy, but if i did it, YOU can too.

Abt transmuting, urges and anger, Engage it. Do something. If you're horny, you are not busy enough. Do pushups, go for a walk, download duolingo and learn a language guys. I HONESTLY believe humans who existed like Jesus, Gautama all practiced what we are doing on this sub. IT'S THAT REAL.

Also don't do it for the benefits, thats just a form of self pleasure you know. Serve others.

Just believe until YOU notice the difference in your daily life. Its coming. I look upto people past 365 days(1 year) and others way beyond. I did it, they did it, you can do it too. 💪🏾🫡
