I was rear ended at a stop light the other day. Thankfully the damage isn't that bad, but the other driver isn't answering their insurances attempts of contact to confirm liability. What are my options moving forward if they dont confirm liability?

EDIT: im living in and the car is registered in florida. (both the car that hit me and my own)
