Can someone help me i was in IAP program and i successfully passed it. So i was expecting low increment and bonus. But in the compensation statement there is no addition of anything. The base salary is same no increment and no variable bonus as well? The letter simply says new salary as of June 1, 2026 is and its the same as last year. What am i supposed to do ? I have raised a comp query on TOD to the business advisery leadership. Is there any help or things i can do or reach out to my SM or MD ?
