Hello, I’m planning to apply for a housing loan under PagIBIG. The problem is that I resigned from my corporate job last month to start freelancing, and I just recently started working with my client. My sister, who is an OFW, will be my co-borrower. What are my chances of getting approved by PagIBIG? I’ve been contributing to Pag-IBIG for more than 5 years and currently pay ₱600 per month. Thank you!
