When does varicocele become an issue?
I 24M can only feel varicocele when Ive been hard for a while, with no pain at all. However, I haven't had morning wood in a long time and libido has been fluctuating a lot despite living a healthy and active lifestyle. Is this normal or should I have it checked out?
