Hashimoto’s

I was diagnosed with it last June. My readings were:

TSH: 5.38
Total T3: 75.44
Free T4: 0.9

JULY Panel
TSH: 3.83
Total T3: 91.24
Free T3: 3.4
Free T4 was 1.0
Thyroglobulin Antibody: 17
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody: >900 IU/mL

Then in December, the readings were:

TSH: 6.77
Total T3: 87.83
Free T4: 1.0

My primary care physician said that we’d be checking things over in mid-June to see where things stand, but I’d wanted to run it by this community that my only symptom over these past few months has been a feeling like something is in my throat. I just had an upper endoscopy and they didn’t find any abnormality, but I was thinking of bringing it up to the PCP if it continues. Otherwise, I’m now down to 155 lbs from starting at 187.6 lbs (I’m just 5’6”, and 39 years old. Male). Alcohol used to be a huge issue for me along with fast food and energy drinks. Haven’t had fast food or energy drinks since last June and my drinking has gone from 5-6 days per week to maybe just one day a week (sometimes go 2-3 weeks) and I plan on reducing it even more. I keep carbs at 100g or lower/daily.

I’ve been supplementing Berberine, B-complex, Ubiquinol, Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract, B1, Vitamin C (1,000 mg), D3 (5,000 IU), K2 (180-270 mcg), Magnesium Glycinate (180 mg)

I also lift weights 4x/week while running 3 miles 5-6x/week.

What are the symptoms that you’ve experienced? What has improved it? Dietary wise, supplement wise, lifestyle wise?
