This is my interpretation of Texas Red. Trip tip with ground chuck and pork sausage. Ancho, guallijillo, and arbol dried chili peppers with yellow onion and 7 garlic pod created the chili sauce. I've traveled to Tolberts for theirs. Where else should I try Texas Red in Texas, i'm a Oklahoman with Texas ancestors.
