Shared Care Outcomes Database
Having had the messaround from the NHS, I eventually went private for my diagnosis, not aware of the tangle that would leave me with prescription costs. Having finally read through many posts on here (whish I had earlier) I can see that it is proving difficult to find GP's that are willing to enter into a Shared Care Aggrement.
This may have been done before, but I have created a little (beta) app where any Private or Right To Choose patients can annonymously share their success, or not, with their GP.
To prevent inaccurate data, each GP will need 5 patient entries before it shows as being good or bad for shared care. Once threre are 5 entries, the gp will be labeled Red, Amber, Green based on the share of the results.
If enough people submit their experience, we could build a really powerful tool to help ADHDers initially, but also geographical data for lobbyists and even market pressure perhaps???
you can only submit one entry every 6 months so nothing much will show up for a while, but please have a look round, tell me your thoughts, concerns, frustrations. Submit an entry if you are in a genuine place to do so. Read the Ts&Cs if you can bare to and let me know what you think.
There is basically no identifyable personal data collected, I've madde sure that its just some simple questions and no email gathering or anything else.
Can't wait to hear your thoughts, or a link to an existing project that means I can close this down ;)
