hi, we’re interested in renting a flat through francis louis and just wanted to ask if anyone here has any recent or current experiences with them?

we’ve come across some pretty bad reviews online, although a lot of them seem to be from months/years ago, so we’re wondering if things have improved recently or if anyone is currently renting through them now

most of the negative reviews we saw were heavily about deposits not being returned properly and really poor maintenance/service when issues were reported.

the flat we’re looking at is in concord house on south street. would really appreciate any honest feedback good or bad.
