Overwhelmed with Purchasing Meds

It’s time to buy our meds for our second egg retrieval! I’m feel overwhelmed because I want to price check different pharmacies but don’t know where to start.

I also think I recall saving money by paying cash rather than through insurance last time, but can’t quite remember what method was recommended to me.

I’m here in the US, not opposed to finding meds on IVF garage sale either.

Recurrent Ear Infections - Tube Surgery

Hi all!

My son is 2.5 years old and has had three ear infections since January. They are recommending he get tubes placed.

This is such a hard decision for me. While I don’t love the thought of a surgical procedure, I also hate seeing him so sad lately due to ear pain and illness, and I also hate having to frequently give him antibiotics for obvious reasons.

Additionally, he has had a speech delay since he was one, and sees a weekly speech therapist. I have been told tubes could drastically improve his speech.

My question is two-fold:

  1. Have any of you mamas ever had success with a chiropractor “fixing” ear infections? A coworker of mine swears it helped his two littles and he ended up not needing to get tubes placed for them.

  2. For those that did opt for tubes, was it worth it? Any complications?

TIA!
