Hello everyone!

I will be getting out of the military in less than 180 days. I have been researching how to apply for VR&E while still AC but don’t quite understand the steps. I know I have to get a rating memo but don’t understand if I should apply first and then try and get the rating memorandum or if I have to apply for the memo memorandum and then apply for the program. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
