Moving out of rental due to selling - no condition report done. Help!

I’ve recently moved out of our rental after nearly 5 years there due to landlord wanting to sell. My original property manager was Chinese and barely spoke English (the real estate is more a Chinese investment group that offers property management as a side service etc), and he’d always been useless with things taking 3-9 months to get fixed or some requests over the 5 years never been fixed etc. the place when I moved in was barely cleaned more like a quick surface wipe in the kitchen but filthy walls and floors and bathroom and the property manager never did a condition report nor sent me one etc. now I’ve moved out and left the place in the better state because it was just naturally cleaner, but I couldn’t afford an end of lease due to not planning on moving and having to suddenly and living week to week but it’s better then when I moved in.

My problem However is the new property manager (who also barely speaks English a lot of the time it’s just easier to use google translate for our emails), is saying they want the house spotless because it’s going on the market to sell but there’s no condition report.

What do I say? What do I do? I’m stressing as I have a chronic illness and can’t afford to pay someone but it was dirty when I moved in, and technically cleaner now anyway, I mean there was even the last tenants teeth (3 molars) left in the bedroom window sill when we moved in and yes they were absolutely real. Isn’t it illegal not to send a condition report for you to fill out?
