What’s the most unsettling Marjorie W.C. Sinclair story you’ve read so far?

There’s something about the atmosphere in her stories that sticks with me way longer than straight-up horror usually does.

Not even jump-scare type fear, more like this quiet uneasy feeling that hangs around after you finish reading.

Curious which story got under everyone else’s skin the most and why

First time in Oahu: Hidden places that aren't on TikTok?

Hey everyone! My partner and I are finally planning our first trip to Oahu later this year. We are super excited to do the classic things like hiking Diamond Head and snorkeling, but we really want to balance out the tourist spots with some quieter, more authentic experiences. We love local food, uncrowded beaches, and just soaking in the scenery without standing in massive lines. What is one lesser-known spot or local eatery that completely blew you away, and what’s your absolute best tip for avoiding the heavy crowds during the day?

Started it mostly for sleep since I'd seen it recommended here constantly. Wasn't expecting much. Sleep quality genuinely improved within the first two weeks. Not dramatically, but I'm falling asleep faster and waking up less at 3am which used to be a regular thing for me. Muscle soreness after the gym also feels slightly less, though that could be placebo. What didn't change: anxiety, which is what I was secretly hoping it would help with. Might need a higher dose or just different expectations

Running 400mg elemental before bed. Anyone pushed higher than that and noticed a difference or does it plateau pretty quickly?

I thought divorce would be one of those things that sucks emotionally but moves pretty fast once you both agree it’s over

For some reason, I thought we gonna just split things up, sign paperwork, and be done within a few months.

I moved out already, found an apartment, started over financially, and somehow I’m still paying legal bills that never stop. Living separately is expensive enough on its own, but adding lawyers' bills is killing me

I’ve hit that point where every month feels like a choice between covering rent or keeping up with divorce expenses

TBH I didn’t even expect this process to take so long, and I’m running on fumes financially

I recently found JustFund as a possible way to help cover lawyer costs, but I have zero experience with legal funding and I’m a little wary of making things worse

Has anyone here gone that route during a divorce? What should I realistically expect, and did it actually help take some pressure off?
