My wife affair and departure
It’s been a year since my wife of 10 years left me. We had our struggles, but I never thought it was this bad
Last Easter, we left to visit her family and met a cousin—her mother’s first cousin, to be exact. Well, needless to say, she knew it was blood-related, but that didn’t stop her. While my children and I were asleep, she and her cousin were “talking” in another room.
We came back home, and then I found out about everything. I tried to convince her to work it out, and she agreed. But then, in May, right around our daughter’s graduation from kindergarten to first grade, she left me for him. She took my kids four days later.
I went and got them because they didn’t like the living situation with him being there, since then she has tried to convince me to work it out five times. I fell for it because I was so in love with her, only to find out she was still with him
