I think he's broken...

Dante is my new boy (first MC) and he is a blast. He came downstairs as I took a break from work like a bat out hell, all crazy eyes, ears pricked up like anything, and looked like he was up for a scrap... he had woken up and chosen chaos.

But then as soon as it had began (and a close call with my feet being a target) he decided "nah, I lives here now" and when I looked between the sofa and coffee table, this is what I was greeted with. Went from crazy eyes to "these eyelids are too heavy, I need sleepz".

I think he may be defective lol

My first MC. Meet Dante

We were lucky enough to rescue this handsome boy from blue cross in the UK. Dante waltzed in 2 days ago, and already walks around like they own the place. Love him so much already.

Do have a question if possible (especially for those in the Uk). What is the best way to keep him cool in summer? We live in a new house, which seems to hold every piece of heat it possibly can. We are making sure fresh cold water both upstairs and down (is super curious about ice), have fans running in both upstairs and down (AC is not doable due to window types), he also has raw food 3 times a day, and so this will also help with moisture and coolness. We have a cool mat for him too, and try to make sure direct sunshine is blocked by curtains etc to prevent excessive heating.

Am I overreacting and he will be fine, or is there more I can do? We are thinking maybe a air cooler? (One of the ones that pass air over iced water), but dont know if they truly work.
