Why are pharmacist not speaking up?

Hello again. I am an Rph that works very closely with corporate and was on the way to becoming a DM but I am now leaving the company. The amount of new changes for pharmacists is unbearable.
New fill, clinical services tab(takes all day to work properly), pushing vaccines like a telemarketer, while still doing outcomes, corporate is pushing for single pharmacist coverage, cutting hours, pharmacists to work at counseling window all day, NOW ON THE VERGE OF CLOSING 9pm again. I am sure I’m missing some and this is all in the last few months, WHY ARE PHARMACISTS NOT SPEAKING UP???

Pharmacists in my district to work front at ALL times

Hello pharmacist here! My district has gotten out of hand. The new fill is terrible, RPH hours cut, AND THE CHERRY ON TOP they want 1 RPH to work the front counter whenever 2 pharmacists are present. Since you can visual without the bag we can do our workflow in the front so we can push more vaccinations. I’m so tired of this. It feels more like CVS day after day. Anyone else’s district doing this?

EDIT FOR CLARIFICATION: we are expected to do all RPH work upfront not just visual: this includes 4 point, resolution calls, and VV, while working register
