Bought a used Hyundai Sonata 2015 89k miles on it from a dealer and exactly 30 days later the engine just stopped working while driving. Had it towed to Hyundai to diagnose. I know now about the engine recall (if it’s that?) and Hyundai should cover it under warranty. There was also an ignition open recall under the vin which the dealership never corrected before I purchased it. If it’s not the engine, do I have any recourse with the dealership I bought it from to pay for repairs? Is this lemon law? I am in NY. Thank you for any advice!
