Hi! Is anyone else experiencing when clicking a link or someone shares a link via text it just shows blank? But when you minimize the tab it previews the whole web page?

Hello all! I am noticing when watching content any sort of videos and I turn the volume up and down with the physical buttons or swipe down on the control center the screen color hue changes and when the volume animation goes away so does the hue change and goes back to normal. Is this normal? I'm brand new to android and foldables lol.
