Looking for recommendations for a Marriott property within 2-3 hours of Port St. Lucie that feels like a real vacation spot. Want beautiful grounds, pool area worth spending hours lounging at, good resort dining, basic spa services, and nearby shopping that would appeal to a teen. Walkable dining and shopping is a bonus. Beach is nice but not necessary. Travel will be for 3 nights over spring break, so rates are higher, but would love to keep it under $800/night (or comparable points).

Have briefly looked at properties in Palm Beach, Del Ray, Marco Island, and even considered Orlando. I don’t think we’d want Miami for this trip. Any favorite properties in this area that might fit the bill?
